Sweat Sessions

Below are various short sweat sessions to try when you are time crunched but still looking to pound out a good workout.  My hopes are to help you explore different forms of exercise like aerobics versus yoga versus ballet so that you will see how effective a fair blend of exercise can really be in changing your physique.
